Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is looking for a Key Lead to oversee in-store operations, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates while driving customer experience and daily sales on the floor.

The role sits within the store leadership team and focuses on achieving store performance through people and process on the sales floor. The Key Lead will manage opening/closing routines, POS operations, omnichannel fulfillment, product knowledge, and visual merchandising, with a strong emphasis on customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
