Skechers is hiring for an entry-level Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations and mentor a team. You will help drive sales, oversee daily activities, and uphold Skechers' premium shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily store operations, open/close procedures, and maintain security and high standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail roles.
• Sales and Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets with effective selling techniques and product promotion.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and keep the store clean and inviting.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock/inventory and coordinate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
