Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great experience for every shopper.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
