Qualifications

• Previous experience as Key Holder or supervisor preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and product advice to customers.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Mentor team members in sales, service, and daily operations.
