Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations on track and elevate customer experience on the sales floor.

The role is part of the store leadership team and focuses on driving performance on the floor through customer engagement and team achievement of daily sales. Expect 12-16 hours per week with required Saturday/Sunday availability and certain holidays; during peak periods hours may increase to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.

• Possess strong communication skills.
