The role sits in the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail experience preferred (1 year).
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead opening/closing routines and supervise front-line staff.
• Operate POS and handle OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales and maintain brand standards.
• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze sales reports.
