Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Sales Floor Lead to support daily store operations, supervise staff when assigned, and drive sales performance in Baton Rouge. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with supervisory experience or 90 days in service industry.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Retail training preferred.
• Prior service industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and sales to meet budget.
• Perform cash register duties and handle payments, returns, and credits.
• Ensure proper rotation and presentation of merchandise.
• Lead and mentor Sales Floor Associates and trainees.
• Maintain clean, safe store conditions and provide a positive image.
