Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6 months supervisory experience or 90 days in the service industry.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior service industry experience preferred.
• Retail training completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register to complete sales, handle payments, voids, returns and credits.
• Rotate store merchandise properly and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Mentor and supervise Sales Floor Associates; support store manager.
• Record and balance cash receipts; prepare deposits and transactions.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; monitor floor conditions.
• Support training and onboarding of new hires.
• Attend scheduled shifts and complete daily floor checks.
• Assist in managing expenses to revenue ratios.
