Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Sales Floor Lead to assist with day-to-day store operations and drive sales performance while complying with company standards. This role may act as a supervisor in the absence of the Store Manager or Sales Floor Manager.

You will be responsible for cashier duties, merchandise rotation, floor presentation, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The position requires flexible scheduling, customer interaction, and adherence to training

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact professionally and productively with a diverse array of people.
• Must market Goodwill and explain the mission to the general public.
• Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with store and production personnel while motivating them to their best performance.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule on short notice, including nights and weekends, and occasionally, long hours.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day store operation and sales performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Perform duties of a supervisor when assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Floor Manager.
• Stock the sales floor adequately and maintain a positive public image of Goodwill.
• Maintain safe and appropriate conditions in the shopping areas and keep the store clean.
• Record and balance cash receipts, and assist in payroll and personnel records.
