Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates toward exceptional in-store experiences. This part-time role acts as a Floor Supervisor, coaching teams and driving daily sales while ensuring brand standards on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
