Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. You will help drive sales, ensure a quality in-store experience, and uphold store standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operations, omni-channel fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays, while coaching teams and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
