Job summary

Vuori, Inc. in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team, embody Vuori's brand values, and deliver an engaging in-store experience. Under the Store Manager, you will supervise the floor, delegate tasks and be the go-to person for daily operations.

This role focuses on relationship-building with customers, product knowledge, and teamwork to hit sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Morning/evening availability and weekend coverage are preferred.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, with at least one weekend day.
• Must be a leader with punctuality and attendance; adhere to shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert who creates experiences and builds relationships.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner of new procedures; strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Lead the sales floor to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise.
• Engage customers about product details and invite to events.
• Be knowledgeable on new and best-selling items and share with customers and team.
• Lead daily store operations when Store Manager is absent.
• Motivate the team to meet sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek product knowledge in fashion and active-wear to serve as an expert.
• Oversee projects while focusing on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Maintain daily store upkeep, restock, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Open/close procedures with responsibility and punctuality.
• Encourage punctuality and role adherence among staff.
