Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead who will mentor the sales team and embody Vuori's brand values on the floor. You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience across fitting rooms and product displays.

Under the Store Manager's direction, you will lead daily operations, hit sales goals, and stay informed about new products and events. This role combines leadership with hands-on customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, with scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers.
• Able to handle customer concerns proactively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by engaging customers.
• Ensure each customer receives the best experience.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritise customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise.
• Build lasting relationships by discussing product details and events.
• Lead daily store operations when managers are away.
