Vuori, a leading athletic apparel brand, is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Bloomington, MN. The role focuses on leading the sales team by example, forging connections with customers, and delivering Vuori’s brand values through strong product knowledge.

The Floor Lead acts as a store leadership contact, supervising the floor and delegating tasks under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will create unforgettable customer experiences, ownership of the floor, and direct daily

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team by example and uphold Vuori brand values.
• Own the sales floor and prioritize customer experience.
• Assist with fitting rooms, sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise.
• Build lasting customer relationships and invite participation in events.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and what is selling well.
• Oversee daily store operations in the Store Manager or Assistant Manager's absence.
• Motivate the team to hit sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Seek product knowledge to serve as an expert for customers.
