Vuori is redefining athletic apparel with a casual, lifestyle-forward approach. The Retail Store Floor Lead will supervise the floor, empower the sales team, and ensure customers experience Vuori's brand through engaging product knowledge and a positive outlook.

The role emphasizes ownership of daily operations, team motivation, and expert guidance on product trends, fit, and replenishment. Strong communication and attendance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by coordinating with the sales team to ensure the best experience for each customer.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by discussing product details and upcoming events.
• Be knowledgeable on what’s new and what’s selling well and share with customers and team.
• Lead day-to-day store operations when Store Manager/Asst. Manager are not present.
• Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge in fashion to serve as an expert for customers.
• Lead the team in completing projects while maintaining customer focus.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
