Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead to supervise floor operations in Estero, FL. The role focuses on delivering a quality in-store experience, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving daily sales on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel order fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays while analyzing reports and protecting store assets. Availability includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
