Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Chicago is seeking a Key Lead who acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving daily sales.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and represent the brand with energy, initiative and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS and other point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
