Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and help drive daily sales on the floor through excellent customer service.

The role sits within the store leadership team, focusing on opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel orders, visual displays, and inventory protection. Part-time, 12–16 hours weekly with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred (1 year).
• Supervisory experience not required; leadership of teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
