• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Drive exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
