Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of financial institution experience; supervisory exposure preferred.
• 2 years supervisory or equivalent leadership experience; coaching and development responsibilities expected.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, consumer deposit and lending products, customer escalations, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead float team to meet sales, service, and operational goals; align coverage with branch priorities.
• Coach and develop float staff; conduct onboarding, cross-training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policy, risk controls, and security procedures across branches.
