Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager - Float to support the Minneapolis branch and float to metro branches as needed. You will assist the Branch Manager in staff development, coaching for sales, and implementing Blaze policies while enhancing member relationships.

The role drives member satisfaction, supports branch audits, and collaborates with internal teams to achieve sales goals. A sign-on bonus is offered for this position, with additional benefits detailed by Blaze.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of similar or related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in coaching and developing staff to meet sales goals.
• Train staff on Blaze policies, procedures, and company direction.
• Coach staff on sales techniques and loan procedures to meet monthly product goals.
• Maintain communication of development and performance issues to Branch Manager.
• Help achieve Branch Net Promoter Score and superior member service.
• Network in the community and stay informed on industry trends.
• Ensure branch appearance and maintenance for a professional atmosphere.
• Support daily branch activity and scheduling; manage PTO requests and policies.
