Job summary

Flagstar Bank, N.A. is seeking a Branch Banking Leader Float/Travel to support multiple branches and manage a Float Branch Banking Client Consultants team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial services and maintaining operational standards while driving branch revenue growth.

You will coach float team members across locations, ensure accurate processing of transactions, and help sustain exceptional client experience and reputational success in the community.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of overall branch sales experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to travel between assigned branches.

Responsibilities

• Business Performance: Support floating team and assigned branch efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition across multiple branch locations.
• Sales Leadership and Coaching: Support the delivery and execution of development opportunities for the floating team and assigned branch teams to drive awareness, consideration, and engagement with the bank in your community.
• Client Experience: Lead and support delivery of consistent client engagement and education across assigned branch coverage locations by coaching and supporting team members and reinforcing operational and service expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks by helping team members understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
