Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of similar or related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in coaching and development of branch staff to meet goals and sales targets.
• Assist in training staff and communicating Blaze policies and objectives.
• Coach staff on sales techniques and loan procedures to meet monthly CORE product goals.
• Communicate development, performance issues and recognition opportunities to the Branch Manager.
• Help achieve the branch NetPromoter Score and superior member service.
• Support branch daily activity and assist in meeting branch goals.
• Oversee scheduling, PTO, and adherence to policies.
• Back up New Account and loan processes as needed to grow membership.
• Ensure security policies and internal controls are followed and audits are conducted.
