Job summary

BluPeak Federal Credit Union seeks a Retail Float Supervisor to lead the float team across Northern and Southern California branches. Manage scheduling, staffing, coaching, and adherence to service standards to ensure consistent operations and strong member experiences.

Work with Branch Experience Managers and Retail leadership to align coverage with branch needs and strategic goals, while developing staff and promoting teamwork in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 3–5 years related financial institution experience.
• 2 years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and security.

Responsibilities

• Drive float team contributions to sales, service, and member experience goals.
• Coordinate float scheduling and staffing across the retail network.
• Coach and develop float employees through 1:1s and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and service standards.
• Support onboarding and cross-training of float staff.
• Partner with Branch Experience Managers to align coverage with campaigns.
