The ideal candidate has at least three years in financial services, strong customer service and sales skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related experience in a financial institution.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a member-centric approach.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; solid record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Enhance member satisfaction by assessing needs and offering suitable products.
• Coach staff and resolve performance issues to support goals.
• Process member requests, branch transactions, deposits, and record-keeping.
• Cross-sell credit union products while explaining features/benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead opening/closing duties and vault Teller functions.
