Job summary

Leader Bank is seeking a Float Assistant Branch Manager to join its leadership team. You will help achieve branch sales and service goals, identify client financial needs, and expand business banking relationships across multiple locations.

You will support the Branch Manager, coach staff, and oversee operations for security and compliance while traveling to other branches as needed. Strong communication and community‑oriented mindset required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in sales, retail banking, lending, customer service and/or operations.
• Proven computer literacy.
