Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

• Serve and educate customers on product portfolio and options.
• Interact with customers, listen actively, and diff​use complaints.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations or Corporate Office as needed.
• Process transactions accurately per policy, including loans and check cashing.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate training and development to meet store targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and support district stores as needed.
