CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability across one or more retail locations within the district. You will lead store staff, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, cash handling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Travel within the district and shifts as scheduled are expected.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Aufgaben

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options to meet their needs.
• Interacting with customers to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalating issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office as needed.
• Responding to general questions, applications, requests, and calls per regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve store targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores within the district.
• Assist recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
