Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability at one or more Check 'N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations in Wisconsin. You will lead store staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales while maintaining compliance.

Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential, as is the ability to manage cash, schedules, and travel within the district to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with a valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office when needed.
• Respond to customer questions, applications, requests, sales, and collections per regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins, including deposits and safe transfers.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information presented.
• Process all transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete compliance trainings.
