CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and profitability across one or more Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations in the district.

You will oversee customer service, sales performance, cash handling, and store leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance and policy adherence. You will coordinate staff scheduling, drive KPI targets, support recruiting of Assistant Store Managers, and represent the company with integrity in a dynamic retail finance

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with policy, including valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and/or services to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations (DDO) and Corporate Office if unable to resolve.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests per regulations, store procedures, and volume expectations.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins, manage cash drawer, deposits, and other cash handling.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information presented.
• Process all transactions per company policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree timely.
• Coordinate operations, development, and training for store targets.
• Maintain staff schedule and assist covering other stores in the district.
• Support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist District Director of Operations with recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
