Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability at one or more retail locations (Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, Cash Store). The role leads store level operations, sales, and customer service with a focus on teamwork and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to drive metrics across a district. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options to meet their needs and resolve issues.
• Handle cash, balance tills, and prepare deposits per procedures.
• Process transactions accurately and according to company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Support recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers within the district.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; complete training on time.
• Coordinate operations to achieve district metric targets and manage staff schedules.
