Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and profitability for one or more Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations in the district. You will oversee store operations, sales, customer service, and leadership at the site level.

Responsibilities include managing cash, training staff, driving metric targets, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead store operations.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs.
• Interact with customers, listen actively, and resolve complaints.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations and Corporate Office when needed.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, and sales or cash transactions per policy.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, deposits, and safe transfers.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Coordinate operations, training, and recruitment for district targets.
• Maintain store staff schedule and cover other district stores as needed.
• Support staff in delivering excellent customer service and sales culture.
