Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability at one or more Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations. You will lead site operations, sales, and customer service while driving store-level leadership.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and supervisory capabilities, with travel within the district to support multiple stores as needed. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and services to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office if unable to resolve with the customer.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, requests, sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits; may handle bank pickups.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information presented.
• Process all transactions per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings timely.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores as needed.
• Support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist District Director with recruiting, selection, onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
