Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Missouri to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, educate customers on products, and ensure regulatory compliance across daily operations. Responsibilities include cash handling, processing transactions, addressing customer questions, and coordinating with leadership to meet district targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
• Conduct outbound sales and cash handling in accordance with regulations and procedures.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and ensure they feel supported.
