Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Check N Go/Allied Cash Advance/Cash Store brands. You will lead frontline customer service, educate customers on options, and ensure adherence to policy and regulation.

You will handle cash, support store operations, and communicate clearly with customers and team members to maintain service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or other requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and explain possible solutions to ensure customers feel supported and valued.
