• Minimum high school diploma or GED and relevant experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and basic tech literacy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Conduct outbound customer calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in compliance with regulations.
• Respond professionally and clearly to customers, offering possible solutions.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle currency and cash drawers, deposits, and other cash-handling duties.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per company policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
