Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to act as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store within the CNG family.

You will drive outstanding customer service, educate customers on the product portfolio, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting store operations. The role involves cash handling, loan processing, and daily balancing, with travel within the district as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications and requests.
• Handle and process cash transactions, loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Balance cash drawer and end-of-day batch receipts; resolve discrepancies.
• Complete compliance trainings and ensure regulatory and company policy adherence.
• Travel to stores within the district using personal vehicle as required.
