Job summary

Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store (CNG Holdings, Inc.) seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Texas to lead customer service excellence and regulatory compliance at the store level.

You will supervise sales and cash handling, educate customers on product options, and coordinate with district leadership to resolve issues, while upholding the company values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation, valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regs and procedures.
• Explain solutions and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process payments per policy.
• Comply with regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
