CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance while guiding store operations.

The role requires handling customer transactions, training staff, and supporting sales objectives across the district. Travel within the assigned stores and a commitment to our core values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; prior sales or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when unresolved.
• Answer inquiries via phone and in person.
• Perform outbound calls for sales and collections per policy.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and process transactions accurately.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete required trainings and support store operations.
