Job summary

CCF Family of Brands is seeking a results-driven General Manager for TitleMax in Savannah, GA. You’ll oversee daily store operations, coach a diverse team, drive sales, manage compliance, and foster brand loyalty through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years supervisory/leadership experience in retail/finance/service.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Able to meet physical demands including standing and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance and meet/exceed standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team; train on systems and compliance.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and build revenue.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and assess risk.
• Enforce quality standards and conduct audits.
• Oversee cash handling and security; loss prevention.
• Open/close procedures and train new staff on keyholder duties.
• Participate in hiring and scheduling to meet store needs.
• Handle complex customer situations with integrity.
• Maintain store appearance and planogram; support marketing materials.
• Work outside office when needed (on-site visits, errands).
• Maintain full-time attendance and 40+ hour schedule.
