Job summary

TitleMax in Lexington, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive customer service excellence. The ASM will manage accounts, support loan/pawn activities, and coach Customer Service Representatives while maintaining security and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in service or retail, and supervisory experience. Compensation includes hourly pay with a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement within the TitleMax

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Perform duties in-store and on-site, including opening/closing procedures and vault control.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system and generate reports.
