Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to independently maintain and repair retail store technologies and computer systems across multiple sites. You will install, support, and repair Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service metrics.

Role requires travel, physical work, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Starting pay is $25.48 per hour; non-exempt hourly role with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years related experience; IT/technical degree or certificate preferred.
• Ability to travel 100% domestically, including air travel for installations or service delivery beyond local geography.
• Operational knowledge of PC tech, network infra, POS equipment and related retail devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate in assigned territory performing repairs and services on Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products.
• Travel within territory or nationally to customer locations for installations or service delivery.
• Communicate status, customer satisfaction and issues with customers, store management and team members; support Toshiba service delivery methodology.
• Plan and prioritize work, arrange travel, and respond to schedule changes with flexibility for overtime or weekends.
