Job summary

Mobile Technologies, INC. is seeking flexible field technicians for access management and network technician roles. You will handle installation, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of networks and devices across client sites.

The position requires travel to various markets, lifting up to 60 pounds, and climbing ladders. Training is provided and certifications are a plus but not required.

Job Title: Flexible - Retail Field, Access Management & or Network Technicians

Reports to: Territory Manager

FLSA Status (exempt/non-exempt): Non-Exempt

Flexible - Retail Field, Access Management & or Network Technicians encouraged to apply - handle implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and or repairing networks/ networked devices such as access point, router, switches, pos systems, printers, and modems . Set up and troubleshoot connections in many different environments and connect them with physical cables or wireless frequencies, creating adequate signal strength throughout a location for a client's use.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Current Driver’s License, insurance, and a vehicle.


• Previous IT, FIELD, Access management or Related technical technician experience is required.


• Technically inclined – experience with Cabling runs/ management/ testing/ terminating, Network provisioning.


• Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.


• Frequent use of hand tools.


• Travel is required in various markets.


• Lifting 60lbs or more.


• Able to climb up and down ladders.


• Testing networks Wi-Fi signals, heat mapping.


• Installing, troubleshooting access points, routers, switches.

Required Education and Experience

• Over the age of 18.


• Certifications are a plus but not required.


• All training is provided.
