Job summary

Mobile Technologies, INC. is seeking a Flexible - Retail Field, Access Management & Network Technicians to install, maintain, upgrade, and repair networks and networked devices across various locations. You will set up connections, troubleshoot, and ensure strong wireless coverage within client environments.

The role requires hands-on technical capability, ability to lift 60 lbs, and travel to multiple markets. Prior access management or IT field experience is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Experience in IT, field work, access management or related technical technician roles.
• Experience with cabling runs/management/testing/terminating.
• Excellent communication via phone, text, and email.
• Willing to travel across markets.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot access points, routers, and switches.
• Test Wi‑Fi signals and perform heat mapping.
• Set up cabling and network provisioning tasks.
• Travel to various markets as required.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs and ladder work.

Job Title: Flexible - Retail Field, Access Management & or Network Technicians

Flexible - Retail Field, Access Management & or Network Technicians encouraged to apply - handle implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and or repairing networks/ networked devices such as access point, router, switches, pos systems, printers, and modems . Set up and troubleshoot connections in many different environments and connect them with physical cables or wireless frequencies, creating adequate signal strength throughout a location for a client's use.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Current Driver’s License, insurance, and a vehicle.
• Previous IT, FIELD, Access management or Related technical technician experience is required.
• Technically inclined – experience with Cabling runs/ management/ testing/ terminating, Network provisioning.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• Frequent use of hand tools.
• Travel is required in various markets.
• Lifting 60lbs or more.
• Able to climb up and down ladders.
• Testing networks Wi-Fi signals, heat mapping.
• Installing, troubleshooting access points, routers, switches.

Required Education and Experience

• Over the age of 18.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.
• All training is provided.
