Job summary

Mobile Technologies, INC. is seeking flexible Retail Field, Access Management and Network Technicians. The role covers installing, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing networks, including access points, routers, switches, and POS systems.

You will troubleshoot connections across multiple environments and ensure strong signal coverage with both cabling and wireless links. Ideal candidates possess hands-on networking experience, strong communication skills, and are willing to travel between

Responsibilities

• Handle implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing networks/networksed devices such as APs, routers, switches, POS systems, printers, and modems.
• Set up and troubleshoot connections in various environments with cables or wireless frequencies.
• Travel to different markets as required.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
• Provide clear communication via phone, text, and email.

Job Title: Flexible - Retail Field, Access Management & or Network Technicians

Reports to: Territory Manager

FLSA Status (exempt/non-exempt): Non-Exempt

Flexible - Retail Field, Access Management & or Network Technicians encouraged to apply - handle implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and or repairing networks/ networked devices such as access point, router, switches, pos systems, printers, and modems . Set up and troubleshoot connections in many different environments and connect them with physical cables or wireless frequencies, creating adequate signal strength throughout a location for a client's use.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Current Driver’s License, insurance, and a vehicle.


• Previous IT, FIELD, Access management or Related technical technician experience is required.


• Technically inclined – experience with Cabling runs/ management/ testing/ terminating, Network provisioning.


• Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.


• Frequent use of hand tools.


• Travel is required in various markets.


• Lifting 60lbs or more.


• Able to climb up and down ladders.


• Testing networks Wi-Fi signals, heat mapping.


• Installing, troubleshooting access points, routers, switches.

Required Education and Experience

• Over the age of 18.
