Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and computer systems. You will perform product installations, support services, and repairs at customer sites, traveling as needed across the territory.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, reliability for on-site diagnostics, and the ability to work overtime as customer needs dictate. A high school diploma and electronics familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and electronics experience.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time, domestic and/or air travel.

Responsibilities

• Operates in assigned territory and performs basic repairs and services on products.
• May travel within assigned territory or nationally to customer locations for installations or modifications.
• Effectively communicates with customers, management, peers, and team members regarding status of work.
• Effectively manages the situation and completes the service event to meet customer commitments.
