Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to service retail store technologies and computer systems. You will perform installations, diagnostics, and repairs at customer sites across the territory, with heavy travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years in electronics or related field.
• Must be willing to travel 100% of the time domestically and/or by air for installations.
• Solid knowledge of PC tech, network basics, displays, POS devices, scanners, printers, and related retail gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and service on Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products in stores.
• Travel to customer locations for installations, relocations, and upgrades of POS equipment.
• Communicate status and issues with customers and store management to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete service events with quality and timeliness to minimize store disruption.
• Document installation activities following Toshiba procedures and use company tools.
