Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and related systems. You will perform installations, diagnostics, and repairs at customer locations within the assigned territory, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel, physical activity, and the ability to work under supervision until trained for autonomous performance.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and 2+ years in electronics.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% domestically.
• Basic knowledge of PCs, networks, POS equipment and retail devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate in assigned territory and perform basic repairs on products.
• Travel within territory or nationally for installations or upgrades.
• Communicate status and issues with customers and management.
• Plan and schedule work to meet service level objectives.
• Document all installation activities per Toshiba standards.
