Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and computer systems across client locations. The role involves installations, basic diagnostics, repair work, and travel to customer sites in the retail and SMB sectors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years’ experience in electronics.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% domestically.
• Basic knowledge of PC technology, network infrastructure, retail devices and POS equipment.
• Ability to follow written or spoken directions and to communicate clearly.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Operates in assigned territory and performs basic repairs and services on products.
• Travel to customer locations for installations, relocations, upgrades, or modifications to POS equipment.
• Communicates with customers, management, and team members regarding status and satisfaction.
• Manages service events to meet quality standards and customer commitments.
• Plans, prioritizes, and schedules work; arranges travel using approved tools.
• Documents installation activities and maintains trunk stock.
