Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time domestically and/or internationally.
• Operational knowledge of PC technology, networks, POS equipment and retail devices.
• Mechanical aptitude with electricity and electronics; able to use test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and services on products at client sites.
• Install, relocate, or upgrade retail POS equipment and related systems.
• Document installation activities per Toshiba standards.
• Communicate status and issues to customers and team members.
